Original language: svNi är härmed inbjudna att lämna ansökningar till att delta i Higabs upphandling avseende ramavtalet för planerat underhåll och lokalanpassning. Målet med upphandlingen är att etablera ett ramavtal som skapar förutsättningar för ett effektivt, kvalitativt och hållbart genomförande av planerat underhåll och lokalanpassningar. Ramavtalet ska bidra till stabila samarbeten, tydliga arbetssätt och god kostnadskontroll, samtidigt som det möjliggör utveckling inom områden som kvalitet, klimat, återbruk och social hänsyn. Ramavtalet omfattar entreprenader av varierande storlek och karaktär, innefattande lokalanpassningar och planerat underhåll, ofta i byggnader med olika grad av kulturhistoriska värden.
