Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody ve smyslu § 131 a násl. zákona. Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena na období 48 měsíců (dále též jen "Rámcová dohoda"). Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena mezi zadavatelem a jedním účastníkem zadávacího řízení. Jednotlivé veřejné zakázky tudíž budou zadávány na základě Rámcové dohody postupem bez obnovení soutěže mezi účastníky Rámcové dohody dle § 134 odst. 1 zákona. V souladu s ustanovením § 132 odst. 4 zákona budou veškeré podmínky plnění veřejné zakázky (tj. včetně postupu zadávání jednotlivých veřejných zakázek) obsaženy v Rámcové dohodě, jejíž závazný obsah je přílohou č. 1 Zadávací dokumentace - "Návrh rámcové dohody" Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky kancelářských potřeb dle bližší specifikace uvedené v Návrhu rámcové dohody, který tvoří přílohu č. 1 Zadávací dokumentace, a v příloze č. 2 Zadávací dokumentace - Cenová tabulka. Uzavření Rámcové dohody ve smyslu § 131 a násl. zákona umožní zadavateli zadávat veřejné zakázky na sjednané plnění dle jeho aktuálních potřeb.
