Original language: csPředmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody ve smyslu § 131 a násl. zákona o zadávání veřejných zakázek, jejímž předmětem budou podmínky zadávání konkrétních veřejných zakázek na dodávku motorové nafty. Veřejné zakázky budou zadávány s obnovením soutěže mezi účastníky rámcové dohody. Soutěž bude probíhat dle pravidel stanovených v rámcové dohodě, jejíž vzor je přílohou č. 3 zadávací dokumentace.
