Original language: csPředmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření RÁMCOVÉ DOHODY S JEDNÍM DODAVATELEM (ÚČASTNÍKEM), kdy na základě uzavřené Rámcové dohody budou vybranému účastníku zadávány dílčí veřejné zakázky. Zadavatel uzavře rámcovou dohodu s jedním dodavatelem, bez obnovení soutěže. Předmětem plnění dílčích veřejných zakázek budou průběžné dodávky motorové nafty do jedné nadzemní nádrže (objem 22.000 litrů nafty) v předpokládaném množství 210.000 litrů za jeden kalendářní rok, a to dle skutečných potřeb Zadavatele od účinnosti smlouvy po dobu 48 měsíců.
