Framework agreement for geodetic support for consolidation of existing data and acquisition and processing of new datasets for the ŘSD Digital Technical Map

This tender seeks to establish a framework agreement for comprehensive geodetic support services. The primary objective is to facilitate the acquisition, processing, and integration of new and existing geospatial data for the Czech Road and Motorway Directorate's (ŘSD) Digital Technical Map (DTM). Under this framework agreement, individual sub-orders will be issued to selected participants for services including the acquisition and processing of regional DTM datasets compliant with Decree 393/2020 Coll., and ŘSD DTM datasets according to data specification B9. A crucial aspect involves importing these processed datasets into the ŘSD DTM Information System (IS), the Digital Mapping and Verification System (DMVS), and the DTM systems of individual regions. The project specifically addresses areas lacking comprehensive geodetic documentation by requiring the acquisition of new DTM datasets (regional and ŘSD B9) and the revision and supplementary measurement of existing geodetic documentation. This initiative is partially co-financed by the National Recovery Plan (NPO) project, with 50% co-financing, and is also supported by the SFDI ŘSD DTM project. Beyond mere data acquisition, the scope includes connecting these new datasets with existing regional DTM data, creating Geodetic Archive Documentation (GAD), and importing the data through the ŘSD DTM IS and DMVS into the respective regional DTMs. This ensures a unified and up-to-date digital technical map infrastructure for the ŘSD.
