Předmětem veřejné zakázky je nájem až 30 zařízení pro měření rychlosti vozidel na pozemních komunikacích a jejich součástí a příslušenství (dále jen „zařízení“). Bližší specifikace předmětu veřejné zakázky je uvedena v Rámcové dohodě a v dalších přílohách zadávací dokumentace. Zařízení budou svěřována do užívání zadavateli na základě dílčích smluv (objednávek) v souladu s Rámcovou dohodou. Bližší požadavky na místo, dobu instalace a provozu zařízení, a další podmínky tak budou vždy stanoveny v dílčí smlouvě (objednávce), a to v souladu s podmínkami ujednanými v Rámcové dohodě. Zařízením se rozumí celý komplex zařízení pro měření rychlosti vozidel, tj. za 1 zařízení je považován např. radarový komplex pro úsekové měření rychlosti vozidel, který zahrnuje více radarů fungujících samostatně nebo společně s dalšími radary. Zařízením je tak celý komplex věcí umožňující měření rychlosti vozidel na určitém úseku.
