Original language: csPředmětem rámcové dohody je stanovení podmínek pro vypsání minitendrů na služby operativního leasingu až dvaceti osmi (28) tahačů, specifikované v zadávací dokumentaci ("ZD"), a jejích přílohách: ve smlouvě a v dílčí smlouvě. Předmětem minitendrů jsou postupné služby operativního leasingu tahačů, určených pro zajištění přepravy hořlavých kapalin (současných kapalných motorových paliv, včetně biopaliv) třídy 3 cisternovými návěsy dle dohody ADR, jak vyplývá z přílohy č. 3 ZD – Technický popis vozidel, kde je uvedena specifikace tahačů a technické podmínky.
