Original language: csPředmětem rámcové dohody je stanovení podmínek pro vypsání minitendrů na dodávky cisternových návěsů, specifikované ve smluvním vztahu, jejichž obsahem jsou postupné dodávky nových, nepoužitých a i jinak nerepasovaných automobilových cisternových návěsů LGBF, bez hydraulického čerpadla, určených pro zajištění přepravy hořlavých kapalin (současných kapalných motorových paliv, včetně biopaliv), jak vyplývá ze zadávací dokumentace ("ZD") a jejích příloh, zejména přílohy č. 3 ZD – Technický popis návěsů, kde je uvedena specifikace návěsů a technické podmínky.
