Předmětem plnění tohoto zadávacího řízení na uzavření Rámcové dohody je poskytování produktů (dodávek a souvisejících služeb) k programovým prostředkům společnosti Microsoft, specifikovaných dále v ZD pro Centrálního zadavatele a Pověřující zadavatele, a to zejména: a) poskytování produktů v rámci licenčního programu Enterprise Agreement, vyjma produktů označovaných jako „Azure“, vyjma produktů z kategorie AI označovaných jako „Copilot“ a vyjma „Odborných služeb“ (Professional Services), b) poskytování produktů v rámci licenčního programu Enterprise Agreement z kategorie AI označovaných jako „Copilot“, dále „Odborných služeb“ (Professional Services), a produktů označovaných jako „Azure“, vyjma produktů třetích stran (Azure MarketPlace), které nejsou součástí kategorie produktů „Azure“, a to dle požadavků centrálního zadavatele a/nebo Pověřujících zadavatelů v souvislosti s pořizováním plnění na základě Rámcové dohody, která bude uzavřena s vybranými dodavateli vzešlými z tohoto zadávacího řízení, jejímž předmětem bude poskytování plnění specifikovaného v ZD.
