Předmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody bez obnovení soutěže mezi zadavatelem a jedním dodavatelem, jehož nabídka bude vyhodnocena jako ekonomicky nejvýhodnější, na jejímž základě budou uzavírány dílčí smlouvy na služby týkající se předmětu plnění vymezeného níže. Dílčí smlouvy mohou být uzavírány až do finančního limitu rámcové dohody, který je 91.650.000,- Kč bez DPH.
