Framework agreement for the provision of green space maintenance services for the city of Cheb

The subject of this public contract is the management and maintenance of public green spaces in designated areas within the cadastral territories of the city of Cheb, according to the specifications provided in the annex to the framework agreement (service specification + price list of works) and annex no. 1 (draft framework agreement) of this tender documentation and within the required deadlines. The subject of the performance primarily includes: grass mowing, verge mowing, spring and autumn leaf raking, hedge trimming, removal of unwanted plants, tree felling, stump removal, and transport of all resulting waste to the designated waste reception facility, as well as other auxiliary work to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the maintained areas and to prevent greenery from endangering the safety and health of citizens. The service provided concerns public green spaces, which include plants located in publicly accessible areas managed or owned by the city of Cheb, excluding urban forest areas. Furthermore, the scope of work includes all transport and delivery of generated waste to the designated location – Landfill Chocovice s.r.o. Chocovice 20, 351 34 Třebeň-Skalná; or the premises of CHETES s.r.o. Pelhřimovská 2268/1, 35002 Cheb. The costs associated with waste disposal are entirely borne by the contracting authority. The contractor is responsible for the transport and delivery of waste at their own expense.
