Framework agreement - service of technological, security, and measuring systems of CS

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single supplier, i.e., the establishment of framework contractual conditions for individual partial contracts, the subject of which will be the performance of service activities for the technological, security, and measuring systems of the contracting authority installed and operated at the respective petrol stations. Individual service activities on the contracting authority's systems installed and operated at the respective petrol stations, which include ensuring and performing operational service – maintenance and repairs, ensuring and performing prophylactic – technological inspections and related repairs of the respective equipment, including power and low-voltage distribution, ensuring and performing electrical inspections, including ensuring the supply of spare parts and the preparation of documentation required by valid and effective legislation and the contracting authority, are partial contracts awarded by the contracting authority according to its needs based on and in accordance with the framework agreement, which is the subject of the tender procedure.
