Framework agreement for assessment work due to natural disasters

The Treasury, on behalf of the Icelandic Natural Disaster Insurance (NTÍ), reg. no. 520276-0259, is conducting a framework agreement tender for assessment work due to natural disasters. The services to be procured include: • Site inspection and damage assessment of damaged properties, infrastructure, and, where applicable, movable property • Preparation of assessment reports that meet NTÍ's requirements for content and clarity (templates may be provided) • Registration and storage of damage assessment data in own systems and submission of assessment reports and delivery of all relevant damage assessment data generated during the damage assessment to NTÍ • Group management of assessors in large events as requested by the buyer each time This is a framework agreement, cf. Article 40 of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter OIL). All further information about the tender can be found in the Treasury's tender system, TendSign.is. The website publishes advertisements and/or notices of planned procurements by public entities that fall under the laws and regulations on public procurement. This includes procurements by the state, municipalities, and utility companies when the procurement amounts exceed national and international tender thresholds. Public entities can also advertise procurements below the threshold on the tender website to ensure transparency.
