Framework agreement - Procurement of Capacity Team

By establishing this framework agreement, the Contracting Authority wishes to have the opportunity to procure specialist project specialists for the entire Contracting Authority organization, but particularly for Energinet Eltransmission A/S. There is a continuous need to involve consultancy services to solve various tasks, both of shorter and longer duration, within the Contracting Authority's construction and operation projects for the Danish gas, oil, and especially electricity grid. The type of consultant requested under this framework agreement varies from time to time and depends on the specific task. For further details regarding the tasks in the individual roles, please refer to Annex 2: "Performance Description" and Annex 2B: "Role Descriptions" attached to the tender material. The tasks will be organized from time to time depending on the nature, scope, time, prioritization, resource needs, etc., of the task and will be requested based on Annex 1D: "Consultant Order". The tendered framework agreement has a duration of 4 years. The framework agreement can be extended by 2x24 months. The scope of the framework agreement is expected to amount to 68 consultants annually. However, a maximum of 130 consultants per year. Consumption is accounted for per resource. The quantity can only be considered an estimate and is therefore not binding for the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority undertakes in this framework agreement to purchase consultants for a minimum of 16,000 hours annually. The tenderer undertakes to deliver consultants corresponding to a minimum of 32,000 hours annually. The 32,000 hours are a commitment in accordance with the Contracting Authority's forecast, according to the terms of the framework agreement.
