Original language: daDette udbud angår tildeling af en 4-årig rammeaftale vedrørende tankkort til brug for Forsvarets og Beredskabsstyrelsens tankning af bl.a. diesel og benzin samt køb af kør-videre-produkter i Danmark (herefter ’Aftalen’). Aftalen omfatter levering af tankkort som betalingskortløsning til indkøb af diesel og benzin fra leverandørens netværk af tankanlæg i Danmark ekskl. Grønland og Færøerne til tankning af henholdsvis personbiler, trucks og andre store køretøjer samt diverse aggregater. Ud over diesel og benzin skal der ved brug af tankkortet i Danmark kunne købes vandig urea opløsning (fx AdBlue eller tilsvarende) ved brug af pumpe eller i dunke, vask af køretøjer i vaskehaller samt ”kør videre produkter”, herunder olie, sprinklervæske, vinduesviskere, AdBlue eller tilsvarende i dunke samt isfjerner. Kravene til antal af tankanlæg med mulighed for køb af vandig urea og kør videre produkter, som nærmere beskrevet i Bilag 1 (Kravspecifikationen). Betalingskortløsningen skal bestå af en to-kort løsning, hvor der først kan tankes og betales for diesel og benzin på leverandørens netværk af tankanlæg, når brugerne både har anvendt tankkortet og deres personlige medarbejder-kort. Tankkortet skal desuden kunne anvendes på Forsvarets og Beredskabsstyrelsens egne, eksisterende tankanlæg. Ved opstart af Aftalen skal leverandøren kunne levere ca. 10.000 tankkort. FMI vil løbende bestille nye tankkort gennem aftalens løbetid, forventeligt vil der blive bestilt 1.500-2.000 nye tankkort om året. Aftalen omfatter desuden følgende services fra leverandøren: - Vedligeholdelse af information og drift af tankkort, - Daglig fremsendelse af informationer om tankkort og transaktioner i XML-fil til FMI’s server, og - Betaling af forbrug med brændstofskort skal opsamles og ske i en integreret løsning, hvor der sendes én faktura til FMI pr. måned. Det forventede årlige træk på rammeaftalen vurderes at være 1.400.000 liter diesel og 50.000 liter benzin tanket i Danmark. Antallet af vask pr. år forventes at være ca. 10.000. Leverandøren må dog i aftalens løbetid forvente, at forbruget af diesel og benzin vil være i nedadgående retning, såfremt Forsvarets køretøjsflåde i større grad omlægges til eldrevne køretøjer på grund af politiske målsætninger om emissionsreduktion.
