Rammeaftale vedrørende levering af trådløse dataloggere og sensorer til registrering og opsamling af miljømålinger

For the customer's monitoring of the Danish aquatic environment, a framework agreement is tendered regarding the supply of wireless data loggers with stable water level, temperature, and oxygen sensors. The purpose of the procurement is to measure water level, water temperature, and oxygen content at 35 selected river stations in Denmark as part of the National Monitoring Program for Aquatic and Terrestrial Environment (NOVANA). NOVANA's measurement program is established by the customer's Expert Coordination Groups (FKG), which also establish the requirements for the measurements, their precision, frequency, etc. The delivery must consist of a complete functional set containing a data logger, water level sensor, and oxygen sensor/temperature. The wireless data loggers covered by this agreement must be installed and operated by the customer's local employees throughout the country. Measured data must be delivered directly to the common public infrastructure for environmental data under Denmark's Environmental Portal (DMP), from which the customer can forward data to various subject databases, such as VanDa. Delivery of measured data from data loggers must occur via a wireless data connection in the data loggers directly to DMP's infrastructure in Microsoft Azure (DMP-IoT), bypassing any other cloud solutions. To ensure stable data transmission even at remote and low-lying measuring stations where reception conditions can be challenging, data loggers must use stable and nationwide telemetry/network solutions accessible to the customer. Furthermore, it must be possible for a field employee under supervision in the field to operate a data logger via a direct connection or a wireless connection, directly between the data logger and the field employee's control device, i.e., without using the telemetry solution, so that weak network coverage does not hinder contact with the logger.
