Original language: daFMI har indgået en ny rammeaftale for service og vedligeholdelse af Forsvarets brosimulatorer. Brosimulatorerne anvendes til træning ved Marinehjemmeværnet og Søværnets Officersskole. Formålet med brugen af brosimulatorerne er, at der under træning opnås erfaring med situationen på kommandobroen på de rigtige skibe, herunder at træne kommunikationen mellem skibene og træne procedurer vedrørende antikollision. Brosimulatorerne består af en kombination af skærme, PC’er, servere, tastaturer, kabler, konsoller, projektorer og styringspaneler med knapper, joystick med videre. Derudover er hele systemet opbygget af software udviklet af Kongsberg, herunder med en række simulerede sejladsområder samt tilhørende skibsmodeller særligt til Forsvaret. Den indgåede aftale omfatter hovedsageligt service og vedligeholdelse af det til enhver tid anskaffede hardware og software. Rammeaftalen har en varighed på op til 10 år. Den samlede anslåede værdi er DKK 84.500.000. Rammeaftalens maksimale værdi er DKK 169.000.000. Rammeaftalen er indgået med Kongsberg Maritime AS, som er FMI's nuværende leverandør af disse ydelser, og som har leveret den initiale anskaffelse, der skal vedligeholdes.
