Original language: daOrdregiver ønsker at anskaffe vedligeholdelsesydelser vedr. træbeskæring ved Energinets luftledninger – LOT 3 – Sjælland og Lolland-Falster. For yderligere detaljer vedrørende anskaffelsen henvises til de tilhørende bilag. Den udbudte rammeaftale har en varighed til og med 31.12.2027. Rammeaftalen kan forlænges i 2 x 12 måneder. Rammeaftalens estimerede værdi forventes at udgøre DKK 40 mio. Rammeaftalens maksimale værdi udgør DKK 75 mio. Forbruget kan alene anses som et estimat, og er som følge heraf ikke forpligtende for Ordregiver. Ordregiver har ret, men ikke pligt, til at købe de af rammeaftalen omfattede ydelser hos den valgte tilbudsgiver, jf. rammeaftalens pkt. 1.3
