Original language: noAnskaffelsen gjelder rammeavtale for entreprisearbeider i form av sveising og muffing på fjernvarmerør (FV-rør). Oppdragsgiver har som en del av fjernvarmeutbygging i perioder behov for ekstra kapasitet.
Typiske arbeidsoppgaver som inngår i denne kontrakten (ikke uttømmende, andre oppgaver kan forekomme):
· Sveising på FV-rør i dimensjoner opp til og med DN250
· Muffing på FV-rør i dimensjoner opp til og med Ø 450 mm.
Arbeidsted vil være på Oppdragsgivers prosjekter/anlegg på Nord-Jæren. Mesteparten av Oppdragsgivers fjernvarmeanlegg ligger i Stavanger, Sandnes og Sola kommune. Arbeidet vil i all hovedsak foregå utendørs i grøft i bynære strøk.
Prosjektarbeider knyttet til fjernvarme vil i hovedsak bli utført av Oppdragsgivers egne montører/sveisere. Det vil likevel være aktuelt for Oppdragsgiver å benytte Leverandøren til utførelse av sveise- og muffearbeid på fjernvarmerør i perioder med mange oppdrag og høy aktivitet.
I forbindelse med arbeid i grøft som kan inneholde mye eksisterende infrastruktur kan det ofte være utfordrende å planlegge framdriften på en strukturert og rasjonell måte. Leverandøren må forvente flytte seg mellom ulike prosjekter, dvs. bygge- og anleggsplasser, innenfor arbeidsdagen/arbeidsperioden som hvert Avrop gjelder. Det kan også være tilfeller der Leverandøren må flytte seg innad i et prosjekt i løpet av arbeidsdagen.
Leverandørens Personell vil bli styrt/ledet av Oppdragsgivers prosjektleder, og Oppdragsgiver fremskaffer nødvendig materiell og arbeidsgrunnlag/tegninger.
