Avtalen omfatter leie og kjøp av nye fastmonterte matter til KKEs bygninger. I dag ligger det ca. 3200 m2 fastmonterte renholdsmatter fordelt i de forskjellige bygningene. Årlig estimeres avtalens verdi å være 1,5 millioner, og rammeavtalens maksverdi er NOK 8 000 000,- i løpet av hele avtaleperioden.
