Framework agreement for craft materials and toys

Background Elverum, Løten, Øyer, Ringsaker, Hamar, Stange, Nord-Fron, Lillehammer, and Gausdal municipalities need to establish a new framework agreement for craft materials, toys, games, and educational materials for the municipalities' operations. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure a user-friendly and efficient purchasing solution that meets the client's ongoing needs during the agreement period. The framework agreement shall contribute to good purchasing flow, predictable deliveries, and the right quality at the lowest possible total cost. The procurement shall also support the municipalities' requirements for climate and environment, including an increased share of products with documented environmental properties and long lifespan. Description of the assignment The procurement concerns the delivery of craft materials, toys, games, and educational materials to the municipalities' units, including kindergartens, schools, after-school programs, and other relevant institutions. The delivery shall cover a broad and ongoing need across the municipalities and include both standard assortment and more specialized products within relevant product groups. The assortment shall include, among other things, craft materials for schools and education, toys for kindergartens and after-school programs, as well as sensory-motor and educational toys. A solution is sought that provides users access to a broad, updated, and appropriate product selection, with clear product information and good ordering options. The framework agreement shall facilitate easy handling of both small and large orders, online ordering with updated product data, fixed and predictable delivery routines, and good user support when choosing products. The supplier shall contribute with expertise and guidance so that the municipalities achieve efficient and flexible use of the agreement throughout the delivery period. The products offered shall be suitable for use in the municipal upbringing and education sector, and emphasis will be placed on quality, safety, and environmental properties.
