Original language: noStatens vegvesen, HR og utvikling (heretter benevnt Oppdragsgiver), ønsker å inngå en rammeavtale for kjøp av bistand i forbindelse med rekruttering av direktører, avdelingsdirektører og andre sentrale lederstillinger.
Statens vegvesen står overfor strammere økonomiske rammer og økte krav til prioritering, effektivitet og omstilling, som følge av den økonomiske utviklingen, en mer krevende sikkerhetspolitisk situasjon og demografiske endringer. Dette påvirker også veisektoren og stiller høye krav til tydelig, kompetent og ansvarlig ledelse.
Toppledere og andre sentrale ledere i Statens vegvesen har ansvar for å lede en kompleks og samfunnskritisk virksomhet i en periode preget av usikkerhet og omstilling. Valg av riktige ledere er derfor avgjørende for etatens evne til å løse sitt samfunnsoppdrag.
Anskaffelse av ekstern bistand til utvelgelse av lederkandidater er et viktig virkemiddel for å:
• sikre en profesjonell, objektiv og kvalitetssikret rekrutteringsprosess
• redusere risikoen for feilrekruttering
• sikre et godt beslutningsgrunnlag ved ansettelser i stillinger av stor strategisk og organisatorisk betydning
Rammeavtalen skal inngås med inntil 6 leverandører, fordelt slik:
Delkontrakt 1: Full rekrutteringsprosess (inntil 2 leverandører)
Delkontrakt 2: Executive search og kandidatutvelgelse (inntil 2 leverandører)
Delkontrakt 3: Kandidattesting (inntil 2 leverandører)
Oppdragsgiver: Statens vegvesen
