Namdal Rehabilitering IKS har behov for å etablere en ny rammeavtale for produksjon og levering av middag og lunsj til institusjonens innlagte brukere. Eksisterende avtale utløper, og virksomheten har ikke produksjonskjøkken i egen drift.
Anskaffelsen skal sikre en stabil, forutsigbar og fleksibel matforsyning for inntil 30 døgnplasser, tilpasset rehabiliteringsopphold og varierende beleggsituasjon gjennom året. Institusjonen er i ordinær drift 7 dager i uken, med perioder med redusert aktivitet eller helt/delvis stengt drift (jul, påske og deler av sommeren). Dette medfører varierende bestillings behov.
Beskrivelse av oppdraget
Oppdraget omfatter produksjon og levering av middag og lunsj til innlagte brukere ved Namdal Rehabilitering IKS. Leveransen skal dekke institusjonens løpende behov gjennom året i tråd med oppdragsgivers bestillinger, herunder mulighet for å justere volum ved endringer i belegg og i perioder med redusert drift.
Årlig estimert omfang er ca. 7 500 middags porsjoner og ca. 5 500 lunsj porsjoner. Oppgitte volum er estimater og er ikke bindende for oppdragsgiver.
Namdal Rehabilitering IKS disponerer mottaks- og anretnings kjøkken med utstyr for oppvarming. Leveransen kan baseres på kjølt mat for oppvarming og/eller varm levering til måltidstid. Oppdraget omfatter også nødvendige støttefunksjoner for en trygg og effektiv bestillings- og leveranseprosess, herunder håndtering av spesialkost, nødvendig produktinformasjon og bestillingsløsning, i samsvar med kravspesifikasjonen.
Det forventes endringer i leveransen av spesialiserte rehabiliteringstjenester de kommende årene. Dette kan medføre økt leveranse omfang på ukedager og redusert leveranse omfang i helger.
