Original language: noRammeavtalen skal dekke oppdragsgivers behov for rådgivende ingeniørtjenester innen kaianlegg og maritime prosjekter.
Aktuelle prosjekter/oppdrag vil bla. kunne omfatte:
• Utarbeidelse av beslutningsgrunnlag og nødvendig prosjektering for tiltak knyttet til sikring, utbedring og utvikling av kommunens kaianlegg.
• Forprosjekt og detaljprosjektering.
• Utarbeide tilbudsgrunnlag/funksjonsbeskrivelse til en entreprise.
• Kostnadsestimater og usikkerhetsvurderinger.
• Oppfølging i byggefasen ved behov.
• Omregulering av brygge-/kaianlegg.
• Byggesøknader.
Listen er ikke uttømmende og vil kunne endre seg etter oppdragsgivers behov i løpet av avtaleperioden. Rammeavtalen vil bli benyttet så lenge den egner seg til å dekke oppdragsgivers behov.
Oppstart forventes snarlig.
Lillesand kommune har nylig gjennomført inspeksjon og tilstandsvurdering av flere kommunale kaianlegg. Disse kaianleggene vil være aktuelle å gjennomføre tiltak på i løpet av avtaleperioden. Se Vedlegg 6. Det presiseres imidlertid at dette kun er ment som tilleggsinformasjon, og er ikke førende for konkurransen.
