Formålet med anskaffelsen er å dekke oppdragsgivers løpende behov for nevnte artikler med god kvalitet til rimeligst mulig pris, med effektive bestillings- og leveringsrutiner.
Leverandøren skal bruke sin fagkunnskap og kompetanse for å bidra til at kontraktens formål blir ivaretatt.
