Original language: daDer udbydes en rammeaftale med én (1) leverandør til levering af Hepatitis A vacciner til børn og voksne. Det er et krav, at de tilbudte vacciner på tidspunktet for afgivelse af tilbud har markedsføringstilladelse gældende for Danmark, jf. Lægemiddellovens § 7, stk. 1. Yderligere krav til vaccinerne fremgår af ud-budsmaterialet. Det skønnes, at behovet for indkøb af vacciner under rammeaftalen som udgangspunkt er ca. 11.000 – 16.000 doser til børn og ca. 50.000 – 70.000 doser til voksne årligt, dvs. en samlet anslået mængde på ca. 44.000 - 64.000 doser til børn og ca. 200.000 - 280.000 doser til voksne i rammeaftalens løbetid. Formålet med rammeaftalen er at sikre, at SSI kan foretage det fornødne indkøb af de omfattede vacciner til det danske marked i overensstemmelse med det forventede behov for sådanne vacciner i rammeaftalernes løbetid på op til 48 måneder. Indkøbet under aftalen afhænger af den aktuelle efterspørg-sel fra SSI’s kunder. Der kan således forventes en væsentlig variation i årligt skønnet forbrug. Henset hertil og til at det samlede behov for vacciner kan variere betydeligt, kan SSI samlet set købe op til 80.000 doser til børn og 350.000 doser til voksne (den maksimale mængde) i henhold til rammeaftalen i dennes løbetid, jf. nærmere Appendix 2.
