Haljastuse hooldustöödena käsitletakse eelkõige püsikute, ronitaimede, põõsaste või puude korrashoidu ja hooldust eesmärgiga tagada taimede liigi/sordi omane kasvukuju ja õite/lehevärv ning nad oleksid terved, elujõulised ja esteetilised. Hooldamise alla võib kuuluda ka haljastusega seotud muruala hooldamine. Eeldatava maksumuse määramisel on arvestatud Tallinna Keskkonna- ja Kommunaalameti dünaamilise hankesüsteemi (232030) lepingute vastava osa maksumuse proportsiooni hankelepingute kogumaksumuset.
