Council Information System RIS - Contract Extension

This tender concerns the extension of the contract for the Council Information System (RIS). The contractor will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining an interface to the electronic file (eAkte) and providing the manufacturer-managed JIRA ticketing system. Optional licenses for the RIS system are also included, covering various user roles and publication services for intranet and internet. Additionally, the tender specifies requirements for the Documentum software within the RIS system, including the permanent licensing of standard software and ongoing maintenance and support for existing and future Documentum licenses (Platform, Webtop).
