Es ist beabsichtigt, eine Software zur Arbeitsplatz- und Raumbuchung in den Desksharing-Bereichen der Stadtverwaltung Chemnitz einzuführen. Das System soll eine flexible Konfiguration von buchbaren Ressourcen (Arbeitsplätze, Beratungsräume, ggf. auch Fahrzeuge) unterstützen. Hierbei soll es sich nicht nur um eine Buchungssoftware handeln sondern auch um eine Optimierung von Arbeitsflächen, demnach soll auch eine Auswertungsfunktion zur Verfügung stehen. Insgesamt werden ca. 1.800 ressourcenbasierte Lizenzen benötigt, welche von insgesamt ca. 5.000 Nutzern genutzt werden können. Vorerst werden ca. 420 Lizenzen für das Rollout in den ersten Ämtern mit Desksharing benötigt. Über die nächsten Jahre (bis ca. 2030) werden dann weitere ca. 1.380 Lizenzen benötigt. Dazu kommen das Hosting der Software, die Einrichtung der Software, der Support, Schulungen und ein jährliches Dienstleistungsbudget für evtl. Programmierungen.
