Room air and cooling technology - New construction IMPC (Pharmacy), Bldg. 2441, Beethovenstraße, 38106 Braunschweig

This tender concerns the construction of room air and refrigeration technology systems for the new IMPC (Pharmacy) building, located at Beethovenstraße 38106 in Braunschweig. The scope of work involves the installation of comprehensive ventilation and cooling systems. Furthermore, the tender encompasses the integration of a 150 kW air heat pump, a 340 kW air-cooled chiller, and a multivalence distributor with pumps and fittings. A significant portion of the work involves installing approximately 2,000 m of black steel pipe with anti-corrosion coating for chilled water circulation, including all necessary fittings and accessories. The project also includes the installation of approximately 55 recirculating cooling units, 175 m² of heating and cooling ceilings, and 1,000 m of stainless steel piping for laboratory cooling water, complete with fittings and accessories. This is a complex mechanical engineering project focused on creating a controlled environment within the new pharmaceutical facility.
