1. Gegenstand der Maßnahme Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die umfassende Sanierung und Erneuerung der raumlufttechnischen Anlagen in einem Bestandsgebäude des Auftraggebers. Anlass und Zielsetzung Die bestehenden Anlagen entsprechen nicht mehr den heutigen Anforderungen an Hygiene, Energieeffizienz, Betriebssicherheit und Regelungstechnik.
