Predmet javnega naročila je izvajanje storitev zbiranja določenih vrst komunalnih odpadkov na območju Občine Gornja Radgona kot obvezne občinske gospodarske javne službe iz 3. točke prvega odstavka 233. člena Zakona o varstvu okolja (ZVO-2), in sicer zbiranje: - ločenih frakcij določenih komunalnih odpadkov in kosovnih odpadkov, razen ločeno zbrane odpadne embalaže ter biološko razgradljivih kuhinjskih odpadkov in zelenega vrtnega odpada, - ločeno zbrane odpadne embalaže, - biološko razgradljivih kuhinjskih odpadkov in zelenega vrtnega odpada in - mešanih komunalnih odpadkov. Predmet vključuje tudi vse spremljajoče storitve, opremo in obveznosti, določene v dokumentaciji v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila, Odlok o zbiranju komunalnih odpadkov na območju Občine Gornja Radgona (Lokalni časopis Prepih, št. 94/2015, in Uradno glasilo slovenskih občin, št. 8/2025), ZVO-2, predpisih o odpadkih, metodologiji za oblikovanje cen storitev obveznih občinskih gospodarskih javnih služb varstva okolja ter drugih veljavnih predpisih.
