Cleaning of the Rumbach Center Office Building, as well as disinfection cleaning and related services upon request, within the framework of a framework service agreement, up to a total framework amount of HUF 114,000,000 net, of which the contracting authority commits to a 70% utilization obligation during the term of the contract. Scope of work for the successful tenderer (hereinafter: AT): 1. Determination of cleaning times and floor areas: Due to the characteristics of the object, the general, regular daily cleaning tasks are carried out between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, typically starting at 6:00 PM, according to the planned breakdown below, which breakdown the client has during the term of the contract. The size of the areas to be cleaned may be modified at the client's sole discretion during the term of the contract, and the cleaning time may also be modified for individual office spaces: Total area to be cleaned 6,018.88 m2 1) General cleaning tasks: - coffee points, toilets, washrooms-showers according to the technical description: 520.88 m2 - offices, meeting rooms according to the technical description: 5142.5 m2 - common areas according to the technical description: 185.5 m2 - terraces, balconies according to the technical description: 170 m2 2) Deep cleaning of the RC office building upon separate order Twice a year – according to the technical description – at a time agreed in advance. 3) Other cleaning: - machine cleaning of carpets (machine wet cleaning, stain removal) – upon separate order: 200 m2 - Emergency situation management – upon separate order: 50 m2 To resolve emergency situations, the tenderer must have a telephone customer service available continuously (24/7) on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, capable of recording incoming calls. In the event of an incident requiring immediate cleaning, the tenderer undertakes to arrive at the site and perform the necessary cleaning within a maximum of 2 hours from the report (within the timeframe offered by the tenderer). 4) Epidemic prevention and disinfection cleaning tasks: Disinfection wiping using wipes and sprayers. Cold fogging using a cold fog machine, applying a disinfectant with adequate virucidal effect at the correct dilution, if possible to all surfaces. The date (day, hour) and frequency of disinfection cleaning, as well as the area to be cleaned, will be determined taking into account the current epidemiological situation. Disinfection cleaning will be ordered as needed based on the actual area to be disinfected, which area size varies. Cleaning times: General regular daily cleaning tasks 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM Description of regular cleaning activities to be performed on all working days: - Waste management - Cleaning of coffee points, toilets, washrooms, and showers - Cleaning of offices and meeting rooms - Common areas Procurement and placement of consumables are included in the service fee and are the responsibility and cost of the successful tenderer. The detailed technical description is contained in the public procurement documents (hereinafter: KD) and its annexes (especially the technical description). The contracting authority applies the provisions regarding environmental requirements applicable to public procurement as defined in Government Decree 235/2024. (VIII. 8.) in the technical description and in connection therewith in the draft contract. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement. The contracting authority states that the indicated quantities are for information purposes only; they are estimated quantities to aid pricing, based on data from previous years. The tasks actually ordered after the conclusion of the contract, as well as the quantities related to individual orders (areas to be cleaned and disinfected), may differ from those specified in the technical description.
