2. Eligibility for Participation in Competition
(1) Not falling under the provisions of Article 10 of the "Contract Procedures Regulations of the National Institute for Quantum Science and Technology." However, this does not apply to minors, persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained the necessary consent for contract conclusion.

(2) Not falling under the provisions of Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the "Contract Procedures Regulations of the National Institute for Quantum Science and Technology."
(3) Must have qualification for participating in tenders by the government (Unified Qualification for All Ministries) in Reiwa 8. Applications for such qualification are accepted at any time at the application reception desk listed in the appendix of the public notice on qualifications for competition participants in the Official Gazette dated March 31, Reiwa 8.
(4) Must be able to prove that a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the procured goods is in place.
(5) Not currently subject to a suspension of business order from this institution.

Specifications for Purchase of Fully Automated Multi-color Solid-State Quantum Sensor Facility for Life Science Measurements
National Institute for Quantum Science and Technology, Quantum Life Science Research Center
1. Purpose
The Quantum Life Science Research Center of the National Institute for Quantum Science and Technology, as part of the "Quantum Life Technology Verification Platform for Use Case Expansion" initiative within the Quantum Technology Innovation Hub (Quantum Life), aims to conduct research and development to expand the lineup of biological quantum sensors, accelerate the clinical application of cancer metabolism diagnosis using hyperpolarization, and establish design principles for molecules and cells exhibiting quantum effects. This project involves the development of a fully automated life measurement facility necessary for evaluating multi-color solid-state quantum sensors to expand the lineup of biological quantum sensors. By accelerating new nano-quantum sensor development, we aim to accelerate research and development and foster early innovation.
2. Procurement Item Name and Configuration Details
Fully Automated Multi-color Solid-State Quantum Sensor Facility for Life Science Measurements, 1 set.

5. Specifications and Performance:
Must meet the following specifications.
[1] Electric Inverted Microscope Unit (Equivalent to Nikon Ti2-E) 1 set
1. Must be an inverted electric microscope.
2. The optical system of the microscope main unit must be compatible with the infinity-corrected CFI60 system.
3. The transmitted illumination optical system must have a built-in fly-eye lens that uniformly illuminates the periphery of the field of view.
4. The output port must be electric with 4 ports, providing 100% observation, 100% left side, 100% right side, and 20% observation/80% left side.
5. The main unit camera port must support a field of view of up to 25.
6. Equipped with an electric stage with a linear encoder, with a stroke of X±57mm, Y±36.5mm or more, and equipped with an operating joystick.
7. The objective lens revolver must be 6-hole type with an automatic focus maintenance mechanism.
8. Must have an electric fluorescence filter turret with a 2-stage structure.
9. Must be equipped with control software capable of controlling the microscope main unit and the confocal scanner unit.
[2] Confocal Scanner Unit (Equivalent to Yokogawa Electric CSU-W1) 1 set
1. The confocal scanner unit must be a Nipkow disk with microlenses.
2. The confocal scanner unit must allow for the addition of a spinning disk with microlenses for super-resolution.
3. The pinhole diameter of the confocal scanner unit must be 50μm or less.
4. The confocal scanner unit must include a uniform illumination unit.
5. The confocal scanner unit must allow for connection of 2 cameras.
6. The confocal scanner unit must be attachable to the Ti2 microscope and controllable by NIS-Elements software.
7. Must be equipped with two cameras that meet all the following criteria: effective pixels of 4,000X2,300 or more, pixel size of 4.6μmX4.6μm or more, and quantum efficiency of 85% or more.
8. The laser combiner must be 6-color based.
9. The laser combiner must include lasers with the following specifications and a DAQ: 405nm: 120mW or more, 488nm: 100mW or more, 561nm: 100mW or more, 638nm: 150mW or more.
10. Dichroic mirrors must include those for 4-color transmission (405, 488, 561, 640), transmission for 532nm laser, splitting for 405nm and 488nm, splitting for 561nm and 640nm, and equivalent to 561nm long-pass.
11. Emission filters must include those for 405 (447/60), 488 (525/50), 561 (600/37), 640 (685/40), and equivalent to 650nm long-pass and 700nm long-pass.
[3] IR Camera Unit (Equivalent to Raptor Photonics Ninox 640 SU) 1 set
1. The sensor must be an InGaAs PIN photodiode.
2. The effective pixel count must be 640x510 or more.
3. The pixel size must be 15μmX15μm or more.
4. Quantum efficiency at 1000nm-1600nm must be 70% or more, and maximum quantum efficiency must be 80% or more.
5. Digital output must be 16-bit Camera Link.
6. Operating speed must be 95Hz or more during full-frame exposure.
7. Must adopt a global shutter method.
8. Dark current must be 300e-/p/s (-80℃) or less.
9. Readout noise must be 40e- or less in Low Gain and 100e- or less in High Gain.
10. Must be equipped with a cooling mechanism of -80℃ or higher.
[4] Wavelength Tunable Laser Unit (Equivalent to Spectra-Physics Matisse C) 1 set
1. Must be a single-frequency tunable ring laser.
2. Wavelength tunable range must be 700-1000nm or more.
3. Laser output at 780nm wavelength must be 3.5W or more.
[5] 532nm Laser Unit (Equivalent to Coherent Verdi G5) 2 sets
1. Must be a continuous wave laser with a center wavelength of 532nm (±2nm or less).
2. Must be capable of outputting 5W or more.
3. Spectral purity must be 99% or more.
4. Power stability must be ±1%s or less.
5. Pointing stability must be 5 µrad or less.
6. Beam divergence must be 0.5 mrad or less.
7. Transverse mode must be TEM00 (Gaussian distribution).
