Qualifications Required for Participation in Competition: Must not be under a suspension of business order from this organization. Must have unified competitive bidding qualifications for all government ministries and agencies. Purpose: The National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as "QST") Quantum Life Science Research Center will purchase a stage-top incubator for hypoxic environment experiments to promote the Quantum Life Flagship Project in the "Photon and Quantum Leap Flagship Program (Q-LEAP)" entrusted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. 2. Name of Procurement Item and Breakdown: Stage-top Incubator for Hypoxic Environment Experiments: 1 set. 3. Delivery Deadline: Friday, February 26, Reiwa 9 (2027). 4. Specifications and Performance: Must meet the following specifications: 1) Microscope Incubation System: 1 set (equivalent to STXF-WSKMX-SET is acceptable). ① Capable of controlling temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration when mounted on a microscope stage. ② Equipped with dish attachments compatible with 35mm dishes, glass slides, chamber slides, and cover glass chambers. ③ Built-in float-type gas flow meter for mixed gas. 2) Gas Mixing Device: 1 set (equivalent to GM-8000 is acceptable). ① Gas mixing device capable of controlling both O2 and CO2 concentrations. ② O2 concentration setting range: 0.1-18.0%, CO2 concentration setting range: 5.0-20.0%. ③ Specifications using 100% CO2 gas cylinders and 100% N2 gas cylinders. 3) Stage Adapter (equivalent to TI2-ZILCS is acceptable): ① Allows mounting of the microscope incubation system on a microscope stage (Nikon Ti2-E motorized stage). 6. Delivery Conditions: Delivery after installation and adjustment. Installation must meet the following requirements: (1) The equipment shall be installed in the location specified in 4. (2) If any equipment other than the primary equipment (electrical equipment) prepared by this organization is required, consult with the person in charge of this organization and follow their instructions. The costs shall be included in this procurement. Related equipment and supplies necessary for wiring work shall be included in this procurement. (3) This procurement includes the installation, piping, wiring, adjustment, and repair of walls associated with the installation of the procured equipment. (4) Installation, piping, wiring, and adjustment of the equipment shall be carried out in consultation with and under the instructions of the person in charge of this organization, so as not to interfere with the education and research activities of this organization.
