Specifications/Performance: Must meet the following performance requirements. • Ultra-Sensitive Automated ELISA Simoa HD-X System (manufactured by Quanterix) or equivalent is not allowed. • Must be able to accurately quantify low concentrations of proteins and peptides at the femtomolar (fM) level with excellent reproducibility. • Must have fully automated measurement functions. • Assay kits for simultaneously measuring four substances (Aβ40, Aβ42, GFAP, NF-L) must be available and loadable into the instrument. • Must be compatible with assay kits for measuring phosphorylated tau and alpha-synuclein-related molecules. • Must be able to directly compare with measurement data already acquired by this center. • Must be installed and set up, ready for immediate use. 8. Inspection Conditions: After installation and adjustment, the inspection shall be deemed passed upon confirmation of the number of units, external appearance, and operation. The contractor shall submit a work completion report detailing the installation and adjustment, and a system inspection result report (which includes the judgment results for each inspection item and confirms that all items have passed) upon delivery. 9. Promotion of Green Purchasing Act: (1) In this contract, if it is possible to adopt environmentally friendly goods (office supplies, OA equipment, etc.) applicable to the Green Purchasing Act (Act on Promoting the Procurement of Environmental Goods, etc. by the State and Other Entities), such goods shall be adopted.
