Realisatie Civieltechnisch bouwwerk t.b.v. procesinstallatie (CO2 capture plant) bij HVC Alkmaar Opdrachtgever: N.V. HVC HVC heeft zichzelf als doel gesteld dat er in 2035 één miljoen ton CO2 minder wordt uitgestoten dan in 2025.
