Voor het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van het Project “Realisatie hoofdkantoor North Sea Port” is Aanbesteder op zoek naar een geschikte partner, waarmee na gunning eerst een Bouwteamfase wordt doorlopen om tot een definitief ontwerp te komen. Opdrachtnemer zal vervolgens op basis van dit definitief ontwerp als eerste en enige een Prijsaanbieding mogen doen.
