Předmětem plnění je analýza a zajištění iniciálního přechodu ze stávajícího standardního nastavení iTOP a využití pouze CMDB části na plnohodnotný nástroj pro správu IT služeb odpovídající standardům ITIL (iTOP ITIL verze a nastavení podpory ticket managementu, včetně) v rámci Plnění A.1 Rámcové dohody. Plnění A.1 - Implementační, konfigurační a konzultační služby • Analýza a zajištění iniciálního přechodu ze stávajícího standardního nastavení iTOP - Analytik - počet MD 20, Architekt řešení - počet MD 10, Projektový manažer - počet MD 3.
