Implementation of USES elements LBK15 and LBC5 in the cadastral area of Ohaře

A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract and technical conditions are set by the project documentation prepared by AGROPROJEKT PSO s.r.o., Slavíčkova 840/1b, 638 00 Brno under order number 101-3403-24 (Annex No. 8 to the tender documentation). The subject of the performance of the over-threshold public contract for services is the implementation of USES elements LBK15 and LBC5 in the cadastral area of Ohaře, designed as part of comprehensive land consolidation and the plan for common facilities in the cadastral area of Ohaře. LBC5 in the cadastral area of Ohaře Biocentrum is located northwest of the village of Ohaře; the land has so far been used as arable land. The element is located on the edge of a large block of arable land near Chrčická svodnice. The design is based on potential natural vegetation, with the aim of introducing a species-rich mix of native trees and a species-richer grassland into the landscape. A substantial part of the area of the element to be addressed should be, according to the design, species-rich grassland. The basis of the herbaceous layer will be a cover of grasses with a predominance of xerophytic to mesotrophic species. It is assumed that the released seed sources in the cultivated soil will also contribute to the restoration of the natural composition of the herbaceous layer. Planting of tree species, solitary fruit trees, the area should be grassed before planting (establish a grassland undergrowth). Provide temporary forestry fencing. The plot to be addressed is not accessible, therefore temporary access is provided for it. This will be resolved in the form of temporary grassing of part of the adjacent field path parcel no. 1218. The biocentrum is located on two parcels. One is owned by the municipality, the other by a natural person. LBK15 in the cadastral area of Ohaře Biocorridor is located northwest of the village of Ohaře, where it largely follows the cadastral border with the cadastral area of Polní Chrčice. Beyond Chrčická svodnice, near which the LBC 5 biocentrum is defined, this biocorridor continues to the intersection with road II/328 and then continues along the access road to Obalovna Hájky. Vegetation adjustments are proposed – full-area grassing, planting of trees on arable land, and subsequent post-planting care. The aim of the proposed measures is to create permanent, near-natural stands, with the function of bank and accompanying vegetation of the Chrčický stream and, in total, to increase the overall ecological stability of the landscape. All proposed plantings consist of autochthonous tree species, selected based on ecological requirements. Plantings are always located on only one bank of the stream so as to allow for potential stream maintenance in the future, without the need to interfere with the LBK stands. Some of the plots to be addressed are not accessible, therefore temporary access is provided for them. Temporary access to parcel no. 1188 will be provided by temporarily grassing part of the adjacent parcel no. 1189. Parcel no. 1217 will be accessible from the adjacent field path parcel no. 1218, which will be partially grassed as temporary access, primarily for the purpose of servicing Biocentrum LBC 5, which is designed as a separate building object Biocentrum LBC 5. A detailed description of the subject of the public contract, including the scope of the required services, is provided in the draft contract, which is an integral part of this tender documentation as Annex No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "draft contract"). The contracting authority draws the participant's (contractor's) attention to the provision in Article XII of the Contract for planting and tending vegetation (SZP) in point: • 3, that the contractor guarantees the planted seedlings for the entire warranty period, and if they die, they are obliged to replace them free of charge with new seedlings. These new seedlings must have the same parameters as the original seedlings, i.e., parameters in accordance with the implementation project. • 4, that the warranty also applies to the fencing of the planting and individual trunk protection. For the entire warranty period, the contractor is obliged to maintain the planting fencing in perfect condition free of charge. • 5, that during the warranty period, the contractor undertakes to rectify defects claimed by the contracting authority free of charge without delay, but no later than within 30 calendar days of receipt of the complaint, unless the parties agree otherwise.
