Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na przeprowadzeniu ogólnopolskiego badania za pomocą dwóch metod badawczych: CATI wśród klientów indywidualnych i instytucjonalnych PUP i klientów indywidualnych agencji zatrudnienia i CAWI wśród klientów instytucjonalnych i indywidualnych WUP w ramach projektu badawczego pn.: „Wypracowanie oraz wdrożenie jednolitego standardu jakości funkcjonowania publicznych służb zatrudnienia oraz systemu jego monitorowania” dofinansowanego ze środków EFS w ramach programu „Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego”. Celem projektu jest wypracowanie oraz wdrożenie jednolitego standardu jakości funkcjonowania PSZ w okresie 01.03.2026 - 31.01.2029 STJ, z uwzględnieniem projektowania uniwersalnego wraz z modułem obsługi osób z niepełnosprawnościami (OzN) oraz opisem funkcjonalności narzędzia IT umożliwiającego monitorowanie efektywności standardu, tak aby każdy klient PSZ otrzymał wysokiej jakości usługi, które będą odpowiadały na jego potrzeby.
