CZĘŚĆ I Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: realizację usług transportu sanitarnego podstawowego karetką typu „P” dla pacjentów UCMMiT polegających na świadczeniu całodobowo, we wszystkie dni w tygodniu i roku usług transportu sanitarnego tj. średnio 8 godzin w miesiącu i średnio 26 km w miesiącu, przewóz pacjentów hospitalizowanych w Uniwersyteckim Centrum Medycyny Morskiej i Tropikalnej w Gdyni – obejmujący odbiór pacjenta z siedziby UCMMiT w czasie maksymalnym do 40 minut (z wyjątkiem przypadków, gdy w ofercie zadeklarowano krótszy czas) od momentu zlecenia telefonicznego (w przypadku transportów planowanych z wyprzedzeniem, realizacja następuje zgodnie z ustaloną godziną, bez opóźnień) oraz jego transport do miejsca określonego w dokumencie zlecenia transportu medycznego przy udziale co najmniej dwóch osób uprawnionych do wykonywania medycznych czynności ratunkowych, w tym pielęgniarki systemu lub ratownika medycznego. Pojazdy muszą być drogowymi ambulansami medycznymi minimum typu B, przeznaczonymi do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, spełniającymi wymagania • aktualnie obowiązującej normy PN-EN 1789:2021 (lub normy ją zastępującej) albo normy równoważnej , • przepisów ustawy z dnia 20 czerwca 1997 r. – Prawo o ruchu drogowym oraz aktów wykonawczych. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest posiadać własną dyspozytornię, z kontaktem telefonicznym czynną całodobowo, we wszystkie dni roku, umożliwiającą przyjmowanie od Zamawiającego zleceń transportu sanitarnego. Pojazdy nie są dedykowane wyłącznie do realizacji niniejszego zamówienia, jednak Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zapewnić ich dostępność zgodnie z wymaganiami SWZ.
