Le projet a pour objet le réaménagement paysager du parc Alice Sauvin, comprenant : - Des travaux de dépose du mobilier existant et de démolition, - Des travaux de terrassement et d’évacuation de matériaux pollués en décharge de type E et B sous la supervision d’un bureau d’étude spécialisé, - Des travaux de dépose de matériaux de sol souple, bordures, - L’apport de terre végétale amendée, - La réalisation d’un réseau d’eau pluvial et de noues étanches, - La réalisation d’un réseau d’eau potable et la fourniture et pose d’une fontaine d’eau potable, - La réalisation de revêtements en stabilisé, graviers-gazon, sable, copeaux place de jeux, et béton désactivé et revêtement drainant à base de liant organo-minéral (écorone) - La fourniture et la pose de jeux, notamment jeux d’eau - La fourniture et la pose de mobilier (voile d’ombrage, bancs, corbeille à papiers) - La transplantation et la plantation d’arbres et d’arbustes - La réalisation de surface de gazon fleuri - La réalisation d’un arrosage automatique pour arbres et arbustes,
