SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE

  1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project (ACReSAL). Part of the proceeds will be applied to payments under the contract for reclamation and afforestation of 618 hectares of degraded land, borrow pits, landfills, and the establishment of roadside plantations in Gombe State.
  2. The Gombe State Ministry of Water, Environment, and Forest Resources, through ACReSAL, now invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the above works.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB), in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023 edition). Participation is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the regulations.
