Stichting Etherreclame (hierna: Ster) wenst door middel van deze Europese openbare aanbesteding een overeenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor het verzorgen van reclameactiviteiten ten behoeve van de corporate campagne van Ster. De corporate campagne is een belangrijk instrument voor het vergroten van de naamsbekendheid, het genereren van leads en het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten en blijft daarmee een essentieel onderdeel van de marketingstrategie van Ster.
