Description

General procurement notice Ukraine 03.11.2026 03.11.2027 The purpose of the Project is to improve the reliability, energy efficiency and operational resilience of the wastewater collection and transportation system in Pivdennoukrainsk, Mykolaiv Region. It aims to ensure uninterrupted wastewater services under wartime conditions and to reduce environmental risks, including the risk of untreated wastewater discharges into the Southern Bug river basin. Grant Beneficiary – Pivdennoukrainsk City Council through Municipal Enterprise “Heat Supply and Water and Sewerage Utility” of the Pivdennoukrainsk City Council and the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Pivdennoukrainsk City Council. The Project and the related procurement are financed by grant funds provided by the Government of Denmark via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark within “Ukraine Transition Programme” to NEFCO Green Recovery Fund for Ukraine and , as well as by co-financing from Pivdennoukrainsk City Council. Tender announcement is expected in December 2026. Contract award and commencement of works is planned for the second quarter of 2027, with completion of works no later than the fourth quarter of 2028.
