Description

Invitation for tenders Ukraine 13.05.2026 24.06.2026 This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 01 April 2026 for the project “Recovery of water supply from the well of the village of Zbroshkove to the village of Domanivka with reconstruction of external networks”, which was published on NEFCO’s website in the Procurement Notices section (https://www.nefco.int). Municipal Utility Company “Domanivske” (hereinafter “Employer”) intends to use grant funds provided by the Government of Denmark via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark (DMFA), through the Development Partner, the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO), acting as the Fund Manager of the NEFCO Green Recovery Fund for Ukraine, as well as local co-funding, towards the cost of the project “Recovery of water supply from the well of the village of Zbroshkove to the village of Domanivka with reconstruction of external networks”. The Employer now invites tenders electronically from Contractors for the following contract(-s): DOM_GCW1 “Reconstruction of the external water supply network from the existing bore well in the village of Zbroshkove to the village of Domanivka, Voznesensk District, Mykolaiv Region” (hereinafter “Contract”) including: Lot 1: Reconstruction of the external water supply network from the existing bore well in the village of Zbroshkove to the village of Domanivka, Voznesensk District, Mykolaiv Region Lot 2 (optional): New construction of a solar power plant with an electrical energy storage system at the water intake well No. 2869 in the village of Domanivka, Voznesensk district, Mykolaiv Region which will be financed from the contribution of the Government of Denmark via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark (DMFA) in a form of grant funds (hereinafter “Danish Support to Ukrainian Municipalities”) to the NEFCO Green Recovery Fund for Ukraine (the “Green Recovery Fund”), as well as through local co-funding (budgetary funds). The Tender and the subsequent Contract(-s), which are financed by grant and budgetary funds, shall be governed by NEFCO’s Procurement Policies and Procedures.
