Recruitment of the National Coordinator of PADFP-PEJA

30-Sep-2026 The services provided under this contract consist of ensuring, under the direct authority of the Director of Cabinet of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADR). This will include, among other things, supervising and coordinating the following activities: (i) all activities of PASTAC PEJA; (ii) planning and coordination of the implementation of project activities in consultation with team members; (iii) the development, approval (by the Steering Committee and the Bank), and implementation of Annual Work and Budget Programs (PTBA); (iv) the implementation of results-based project management and the involvement of decentralized MADR officials, namely ICRA, ACDA, ONASEM, ONMAP, CAT, and formalized cooperatives; (v) the establishment and implementation of partnerships with the technical services involved to increase the complementarities necessary to achieve the development objectives assigned for this purpose; (vi) the preparation and conduct of supervision missions, the Bank's mid-term review missions, as well as those of the supervisory Ministry; (vii) monitoring of procurement processes in accordance with the provisions of the PASTAC PEJA Financing Agreement and Project Documents (REP and AT), the Procurement Manual for Contracts Financed by the African Development Bank Group, the project implementation modalities defined in the Administrative, Accounting, Financial and Procurement Procedures Manual of the project, as well as the PTBAs annually approved by the Bank; (viii) project monitoring and evaluation and environmental compliance of all achievements; (ix) administrative and financial management of the project in accordance with the project's procedures manual and the Bank's rules and procedures. https://www.afdb.org/sites/default/files/documents/project-related-procurement/ami_coordonnateur_corrige3.pdf
