RECRUITMENT OF A CONSULTING FIRM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RESETTLEMENT PLAN WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE STRENGTHENING OF SOURCE SUBSTATIONS AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW 90KV ENERGY TRANSPORT LINES PHASE 2 AND REMAINING PHASE 1
