- Relevant references in carrying out similar missions for public institutions or technical and financial partners (at least 3 similar missions)
- Good knowledge of the institutional and regulatory context of the regional (West Africa) and international mining sector, with experience working in Guinea
- Possess technical and administrative capacity by presenting the required documents (Accreditation/RCCM, Organization/organigram, etc.).
